DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide climate tech finance financial consultant services aimed at supporting government-led initiatives in California. The selected consultant will handle ongoing deal sourcing, deal development, and project management of loan guarantees, with responsibilities including the evaluation of business plans, identification of financial gaps, and recommendations to strengthen the business case for financing.

Key tasks will include documenting audit findings and recommended actions, conducting financial eligibility screening (such as assessing profitability, prior funding, and readiness for commercialization), and reviewing key financial documents like balance sheets, income statements, tax returns, and fund projections.
