A government authority in Connecticut is seeking consultant services specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture to support a range of public works projects. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with the architectural/engineering team, department project management, the independent construction administrator, and, if applicable, the construction manager for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) projects.

The scope of work includes providing comprehensive civil engineering services, which may involve project maintenance, repair, design, and related consulting. Assignments will encompass various types of surveys such as topographic, boundary, construction, bathymetric, and as-built surveys. These surveys are intended for use in projects involving sanitary sewers, sidewalks and trails, storm drainage systems, stream and facility rehabilitation, campus enhancements, and roadway improvements.

The gathered data will be used to establish both horizontal and vertical locations of existing site conditions in support of engineering design for the mentioned project types.
