(1) Vendor needs to provide civil and roadway engineering service to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – Provide professional on–call services for capital project services support for civil. – Provide preliminary engineering, final design, public involvement planning and facilitation, environmental impact analysis and reporting, writing specifications, construction engineering, construction management, construction inspection, or any combination of these services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
