DESCRIPTION

The City of Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive upgrades to the city hall IT room. The project will include furnishing and installing a new accessible ramp, partitions, doors, and related finishes. These upgrades will facilitate the creation of new conference, office, and storage rooms by installing partitions as specified in the project scope.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for the removal and legal disposal of selective gypsum wall framing and doors, as well as the construction of new gypsum board framed walls, doors, and finishes. In addition, the project requires the relocation or provision of light fixtures and sprinkler heads within the IT room space. Any relocation and modification of the mechanical air supply and return systems will be handled by others.
