DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide phones, Cisco Flex 3.0 services, and a Cisco Webex Suite solution. The requested solution includes a fully cloud-native Cisco Webex Calling environment sized for the venue, along with endpoints, analog gateways, calling platform subscriptions, a pilot-scale contact center, and PSTN connectivity through the Cisco Calling Plan.

The scope also includes Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 for Contact Center with a 60-month subscription and 36-month auto-renewal, as well as a 60-month Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription. The selected vendor will be expected to assist with any necessary firewall, switching, or routing configuration changes to connect the new equipment to the cloud solution, configure and label purchased Cisco VoIP phones prior to deployment, and configure Cisco analog voice gateways.
