The vendor is sought to provide event solutions services supporting China-focused events. The scope includes implementation, facilitation, and management of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
Required services include pre-production and post-production video recording and editing, technical support for webcams, lighting, and audio, and remote clicker support for slide advancement. The provider must also supply event recordings in the required file format, customize virtual presenter layouts to meet event needs, and manage timing and transitions across layouts, including video playback.
Additional responsibilities include providing internet connectivity and studio space for the control of hybrid and virtual events, as well as basic editing for presenters’ self-recorded videos or presentations.
