The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) requires a contractor to support the Certification User Group (CUG) through the development and delivery of annual meetings, training workshops, and committee facilitation. The contractor will manage project logistics, facilitate steering committee and subcommittee meetings, and assist in the development of training materials. The initial contract term is one year with options to extend. Work will primarily take place in Salem, Oregon, or via virtual platforms.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the ability to dedicate assigned staff within specified timeframes
  • Must provide a minimum of one reference for each Key Person for previous projects
  • Must submit Exhibit C Proposed Cost worksheet in Microsoft Excel format
  • Must identify all subcontractors and define their work
  • Must comply with Oregon Sustainability Act (2001 HB 3948) principles
