DESCRIPTION
The procuring organization is seeking a vendor to provide a centralised athlete management system with an integrated electronic medical record. The platform must support approximately 1,000 athlete records across 17 sports and be scalable to accommodate future growth. It is intended to support multidisciplinary services including medicine, physiotherapy, nutrition, psychology, life skills, and physiology.
The requested system must enable centralised medical records, role-based access control, and multidisciplinary data sharing with cross-discipline visibility and record availability. It must also support the creation and administration of structured self-report data collection forms beyond standard wellness questionnaires, including travel forms and other custom instruments.
In addition, the system must provide a configurable performance testing matrix so sport science and medical staff can record athlete performance test results against defined metrics. Bulk entry functionality is also required to allow staff to capture results for multiple athletes from a single testing session without navigating to individual athlete records separately.
