DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a vendor to provide maintenance services for Centracs software. The selected contractor will supply one annual upgrade for all supported Centracs software versions, with the upgrade performed remotely through a secure connection furnished by the agency.

Ongoing technical support is required, available via telephone, email, the contractor's technical support website, or authorized remote access. The contractor will also provide dedicated web portal access to enable the agency to view and create support tickets as well as monitor real-time status updates on all submitted requests.
