DESCRIPTION

The Department of General Services is establishing a pool of prequalified architectural and engineering firms to assist with discrete, small projects including investigations, studies, reports, and design services. The contract mechanism will be either CO-3 or CO-3.2. Projects with fees less than $10,000 are set aside for DSBSD-certified micro businesses, and projects between $10,000 and $80,000 are set aside for DSBSD-certified small businesses. The prequalification period is one year, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a registered vendor in eVA
  • Must submit completed and signed Forms AE-1, AE-1A, AE-2, AE-3, AE-4, AE-5, and AE-6
  • Must carry Professional Liability Insurance
  • Must be an authorized representative of the A/E firm to sign the qualification
