The State of Oregon is soliciting qualified vendors to provide comprehensive capital project transportation and traffic engineering services. Services required include preliminary engineering, final design, public involvement planning and facilitation, environmental impact analysis and reporting, specification writing, construction engineering, construction management, and construction inspection. Vendors may be selected to perform any combination of these services to support state transportation projects.

Responsibilities include providing access to previously developed mapping and design materials, establishing design parameters for each project such as configuration, functional classification, design speed, and lane specifications, and ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines, policies, and regulations. Vendors will also be tasked with preparing and submitting permit applications to various agencies as required for project approval, unless specified otherwise by the County.
