(1) Vendor needs to provide capital project transportation and traffic engineering services to the government authority located in Oregon. • Provide preliminary engineering, final design, public involvement planning and facilitation, environmental impact analysis and reporting, writing specifications, construction engineering, construction management, construction inspection, or any combination of these services. • Make available mapping and design information previously developed. • Establish the design parameters for each project, including general configuration, functional classification, design speed, number of lanes, lane widths, and related standards. • Make available guidelines, policies, and regulations to be used in developing design. • Prepare and submit applications to various agencies for required permits unless the County deems it necessary for the Consultant to do so. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
