(1) Vendor needs to provide capacity building and planning engineering services to the government authority located in VA. – All work performed under the “project” and “study” categories of the grant manual shall be in accordance with sound engineering, construction, and architectural principles, commonly accepted development and safety standards and shall be in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including the national flood insurance program. – Any work performed under the “project” category of the grant manual shall be approved by a certified floodplain manager as evidenced by a certificate of approval by certified floodplain manager. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
