DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in D’Alene, Idaho is seeking professional consulting services to develop a Campus Master Plan. The selected consultant will create a comprehensive and implementable roadmap to guide campus development, capital investment, and infrastructure planning over a 10- to 20-year horizon. The plan is intended to support accessibility, safety, and user experience while aligning development strategies with realistic funding conditions and phased implementation scenarios.

Required services include project initiation and data review, campus visioning and space analysis, facilities and infrastructure assessments, development of planning scenarios, and preparation of a complete Campus Master Plan. The consultant will also be expected to facilitate engagement with students, faculty, staff, leadership, and community stakeholders; conduct on-campus workshops; maintain regular meetings with the agency project team; and prepare presentation-ready materials for multiple audiences.

Proposers are asked to include a detailed project schedule with key milestones and deliverables. The campus master planning process is anticipated to take approximately 16 to 24 weeks, with optional services potentially added through addenda or follow-on phases. The contract term will be one year, and questions are due by May 29, 2026.
