The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide business advisory services for entrepreneurs. The services are intended to support more than 1,500 entrepreneurs annually by helping them build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to succeed in business.
The selected vendor is expected to provide one-on-one business counseling to entrepreneurs at all stages of business development and across a wide range of industry sectors. In addition, the vendor will deliver training sessions on core business topics such as business planning, marketing, finance, and operations.
Advisory support is also expected to cover specialized areas including brand development, digital marketing, social media, customer acquisition strategy, sales and e-commerce strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth tactics. The scope further includes counseling for small-scale manufacturing and product-based businesses, with guidance on production scaling, sourcing, inventory management, and retail and wholesale channel strategy, as well as financial topics such as accounting fundamentals, financial statement preparation, and loan readiness for SBA loans, microloans, and alternative financing.
