A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide bus rehabilitation process audit program services. The engagement is intended to assess and strengthen oversight, quality, and accountability throughout the vehicle rehabilitation process.

The program includes three audit phases: Pre-Rehabilitation Baseline Audit, In-Process Rehabilitation Audit, and Post-Rehabilitation 6,000-Mile Preventive Maintenance Validation Audit. The selected vendor will be expected to establish baseline vehicle condition prior to rehabilitation, monitor rehabilitation work in progress, identify and document non-conformances, and validate quality and safety after vehicles return to service.
