The project includes identity development, WordPress or alternative CMS implementation, accessibility, SEO, and multi-channel digital design support.

DESCRIPTION


The contracting entity is seeking a vendor to provide integrated brand strategy, creative design, and website development and maintenance services. The scope includes development of brand positioning, values, tone of voice, audience narrative, and the strategic framework supporting subsequent communications and design deliverables. It also covers creation of a full visual identity system, including logo, colour palette, typography, iconography, photography direction, and usage guidelines for application across multiple contexts.

The engagement also includes translating the brand into digital environments through a component library and UI/UX principles for the website, email communications, social media templates, and other public-facing digital touchpoints, including in-gallery digital interfaces. Additional requirements include a bilingual publishing framework, accessibility considerations, wayfinding system, stationery, print guidelines, digital screen assets, and guidance for website application. The master brand system must also support adaptation at programme level.

For the website work, the selected vendor will be expected to deliver discovery and requirements definition, content modelling, information architecture, UX and visual design, website build, CMS implementation, content migration support, system integrations, testing, training, launch, and ongoing maintenance. The solution should either recommend the most appropriate CMS platform or present a well-justified WordPress approach. SEO must be embedded into the information architecture and page templates from the outset, and the scope also includes marketing campaign creative execution.
