DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization seeks a consultancy to provide brand identity, awareness, and assessment services. The assessment must develop at least three high-level brand-delivery support models and critically evaluate the feasibility of each.

Each model should address the services and value proposition, expected results, stakeholders, information and cash flows, funding needs over time, governance and management structures, potential funders and investors, relevant case studies and lessons learned, and the advantages and disadvantages for national government, park authorities, co-management partners in protected areas, communities, visitors, and private-sector businesses.

The models should prioritize financial sustainability, aggregated or integrated service delivery, conservation-led and evidence-based approaches, cultural appropriateness, relevant data collection, multi-segment stratification, destination appeal, and multi-stakeholder brand management. They should also support alignment with national destination brands and other relevant organizations. The contract period is one year, and questions must be submitted by September 18, 2026.
