The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide blueprint reproduction and online planroom services in California. Required reproduction services include large-format bond printing, small-format bond printing, scan-to-file services in PDF, TIF, DWG, and DXF formats, plotting from DWG, DXF, and RVT files, compact disc copies of plans, and direct positive prints.
Additional services include folding, binding, delivery, and shipping. The online planroom service must host project drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous reports in a secure digital format that prevents printing and downloading, while allowing contractors to view documents and submit orders through an online order form.
All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2026.
