Battle Management Systems Engineering Services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Weapon Control and Integration Department, Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems Division (H40), is seeking a contractor to provide engineering and technical support services for its battle management systems portfolio. Required support includes systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer hardware and software engineering, software development, design and technical engineering, configuration management, technician services, field service support, project management, project management support, and technical writing.

The scope supports combat management systems used in air, surface, and ground applications. Current systems identified within the portfolio include Armada, Armed Overwatch, Combatant Craft Medium, Denied Area Sprinter – Hellfire, Expeditionary Launcher Module, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Killchain Automation, Littoral Combat Ship Surface to Surface Missile Module, Precision Strike Package Precision Guided Weapon, Precision Strike Package Gun Weapon System, Rapid Dragon, Rotorcraft, Standoff Precision Guided Munition Development, Surrogate, Swarm Carrier, and Tactical Visualization.

The requirement is focused on providing broad multidisciplinary engineering and lifecycle support to the H40 Division across a diverse set of defense platforms and mission systems. The selected contractor would be expected to deliver both technical expertise and program support functions for ongoing and evolving battle management initiatives.
