The government authority in Waxahachie, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide basic life ancillary insurance benefits and worksite insurance services for approximately 475 employees. The objective is to obtain competitive, high-quality coverage supported by strong customer service, rate stability, and efficient implementation, while minimizing disruption and improving the employee experience.
The selected vendor or vendors will provide ancillary insurance products and services including Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and voluntary worksite benefits such as Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity. Required services include plan design, underwriting, implementation, enrollment support, ongoing administration, claims processing, customer service, reporting, regulatory compliance, transition support, employee education and enrollment materials, and technology solutions. Coverage for full-time employees is to be effective on the date of hire.
The contract term is one year. Questions are due by May 20, 2026.
