DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide Azure cloud managed services, supporting infrastructure, services, and applications hosted in both Azure public and government cloud environments. The agency’s application portfolio is aligned with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) deployment models, including key technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Cluster, Managed SQL, Redis, Cosmos DB, Open Search, App Services, and Event Hubs. The engagement will focus on transforming and modernizing the agency’s application portfolio to leverage innovative Azure-native and newly released Azure solutions.

The provider is required to operate a fully staffed Network Operations Center (NOC) on a continuous basis, ensuring 24/7/365 coverage including holidays. Responsibilities include comprehensive network monitoring, performance management, operating system support, incident detection and response, issue tracking and resolution, systems and application monitoring, and ensuring the backup and patching of critical processes. Integration with a Security Operations Center (SOC) is necessary, including bi-directional ticket integration with the provider’s ITSM platform. The provider will also be responsible for account management, governance, risk management, and compliance.

Interested vendors are informed of an optional pre-proposal conference on June 8, 2026, and must submit questions by June 4, 2026. Intent to bid is due by May 28, 2026.
