Saskatchewan agencies are seeking a qualified broker to deliver an AWS strategic solution, supporting the diverse and evolving cloud requirements of participating members. The selected vendor will broker procurement agreements and consortium experiences for AWS cloud solutions, focusing exclusively on cloud financial management. This role includes guiding agencies in accessing AWS PaaS and IaaS products, providing relevant professional services, and serving as a broker, advocate, and advisor.

Key responsibilities involve specialized expertise in cloud billing, reporting, and finance, as well as managing complex cloud commitment vehicles such as Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and Private Pricing Agreements. The vendor is expected to offer proprietary analytics and automation, ensure equitable cost savings for all consortium members, and deliver a Canadian data residency option with a data egress fee waiver. High-level security capabilities, support for AWS Marketplace, and level 4 data and account ownership for members are also required. The contract will be for a five-year term, with an optional information session available virtually.
