A vendor is sought to provide an automated nucleic acid extraction platform in Washington. The requested solution is intended to support automated purification of DNA and RNA for downstream real-time applications and should offer a compact automated immunoassay system.
The platform must support flexible processing capacity from 1 to 48 samples per run. It must also include an integrated barcode reader capable of scanning sample identifiers, reagent kit barcodes, and lot numbers, along with automated sample tracking and data management capabilities. Compatibility with automated liquid handling systems is required to allow integration into upstream and downstream laboratory workflows.
