DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Watertown, New York is seeking a vendor to provide installation, operation, maintenance, and management of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and Reverse ATMs (cash-to-card kiosks). The selected vendor must ensure employees and visitors have modern, convenient access to financial services at designated venues.
Reverse ATMs are required to accept cash deposits in exchange for pre-paid debit cards to support cashless operations. All ATM terminals must accept credit, debit, and government-issued entitlement (EBT) cards and possess processing capabilities with a minimum of three major financial networks such as Plus, Cirrus, or Star. For security, each unit must be equipped with high-definition video recording of every transaction, with footage retained for at least thirty days.
The contract will last for one year, with designated deadlines for pre-bid meetings and question submissions.
