DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide planning services for an arts community creative spaces plan. The project will be developed in partnership with a steering committee comprising arts commissioners, representatives of the arts community, staff, and community members with expertise in key project areas.
The work will include consulting on project scope and schedule with the parks, recreation and cultural resources project manager and other staff or departments as needed. Services will include developing the project framework; conducting research, assessment, and analysis; creating a strategic plan with goals, strategies, and timelines; and sharing the planning process and resulting plan.
The vendor will also develop documentation, reports, slide decks, presentations, graphics, images, and other project materials using a universal design approach that incorporates communications and design best practices for people with disabilities. Questions are due by September 4, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 28, 2026.
