KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Health Canada approved AI software platform
Must be interoperable with Saskatchewan Health Authority and Ehealth Saskatchewan systems
Must comply with Saskatchewan's Health Information Protection Act (HIPA)
Must comply with the Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LAFOIP)
All data must reside within the geographic borders of Canada
Must support any and all CT systems regardless of vendor and model
Must provide 24/7 critical incident solution management support
Must ensure PHI or patient data/images do not travel outside of Canada

The requirement is for the procurement and implementation of an artificial intelligence-based solution designed for acute stroke diagnostics and decision support within Saskatchewan’s healthcare system.
