A government authority in California is establishing a pool of qualified providers to deliver architecture design services for a range of future projects. The selected vendors will support tasks that may include planning, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, and consultant coordination for various types of projects.
Successful providers will be expected to demonstrate strong communication strategies, foster shared participation, and uphold principles of equity and inclusion in their interactions with the District. Individual project assignments will be determined on a case-by-case basis in alignment with these priorities.
Prospective vendors are required to submit any questions regarding this opportunity by February 25, 2026.
