DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural services for a major facilities improvement program. Services include planning, design, bidding support, and construction administration for multiple renovation and new construction components.

The project scope includes a new 30,000-square-foot field house with student locker rooms, a weight room, multi-purpose meeting space, coaches’ offices and locker room, a training room, and high-density equipment storage. Additional work includes a new press box with dedicated areas for media, streaming, coaches, and scouts, along with a roof deck for camera staging; new bleachers to expand seating capacity to 10,000; a new concession and restroom configuration; track replacement; a new scoreboard with digital screen; turf installation including D-zones; added parking adjacent to the stadium; and expansion of the interior cafeteria into the existing courtyard space.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than May 21, 2026.
