Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Irving, TX. – Provide planning, master planning, cost estimation, phasing, and full A/E design services for the Joint Public Safety Building. – Develop a phased implementation strategy for the renovations, including temporary move logistics and operational continuity planning. – Architectural and Engineering design, finalize security planning, and produce the final, bond–ready cost estimate. – Implementation of all required security, technology, and specialty systems planning.
