(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Hamden, CT. – Conceptual design options reflecting operational workflows and animal welfare.– Food prep area with dishwasher, grooming tub and table, and laundry.– Security and surveillance systems for staff, public, and animal safety.– Detailed layouts, elevations, and material specifications.– Integration of zoning, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.– Coordination with structural, MEP, and civil engineering disciplines.– Comprehensive drawings and specifications for bidding and permitting.– Site analysis and feasibility confirmation.– Program validation (See attached needs assessment) and stakeholder coordination.– Preliminary space planning and adjacency diagrams.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
