(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural engineering and comprehensive planning services to the government authority located in Green Bay, WI.– Services include, but may not be limited to, architectural and structural design, engineering, i.e., civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, contract administration, provide opinion of probable cost, campus master planning, Lean 7s services, and other services related to the design and engineering of higher education facilities. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
