(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Florence, AZ. Town limits consist of residential, commercial, institutional, and public land uses and has an estimated population of 26,000, of which approximately 15,000 are detained. Town is expecting significant growth over the next 20 years and is planning to expand the services it offers to its residents and visitors including the design and construction of a new police department headquarters facility on land currently owned by the town. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
