(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and related services to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– The Agency is seeking Proposals from Professional Services Consultants to provide Architectural and Engineering Services in support– The Consultant will be responsible for the entire design process for the new office and full property development (site utilities, zoning, setbacks, storm water, jurisdiction coordination, all permitting, etc.) to allow for construction of the new office and potentially for subdivision of the property into new tax lots. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
