Vendor needs to provide architectural and public engagement services to the government authority located in Manhattan Beach, CA. Preparation and presentation of all materials necessary to conduct the design charette with community stakeholders including both hard–copy and digital materials. Facilitation of the charrette by guiding a group of participants through a structured process to achieve a specific design outcome or goal. This includes planning and preparing the agenda, setting clear objectives, ensuring active participation, managing time, and maintaining focus throughout the meeting. All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026. A contract term will be for one year.
