Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services will include project management and administration services, facility roof assessments and annual inspection reports, facade assessment and report, design services and construction management support services for roofing repairs, roofing system replacements, and required façade related work for building weather tightness, recommended maintenance, and energy efficiency gains to the government authority located in St Paul, MN. A pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 11, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. Contract term will be for three years.
