Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Perform architectural design services, including preparation of required plans and specifications and plan books, such as the traditional neighborhood plan book and related construction documents.– Conduct architectural inspections and evaluations and prepare reports.– Provide architectural designs for projects which may also include urban planning and conceptual design, scope studies, cost studies, and design of projects for renovations, alterations, and additions.– Perform architectural and engineering services in support of economic development initiatives.– Provide historic tax credit documentation and support.– Provide interior design services which may include interior space planning, casework design, furniture and equipment selection, finishes and other appropriate essentials.– Provide incidental structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and civil engineering as required by specific projects.
