(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Bedford, VA. – Expertise in civil engineering services, architectural services, structural engineering services, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services. – The firm shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions, or other deficiencies in his or her employee, agent, or subcontractor designs, drawings, specifications, reports, and other services. – Responsible for professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and the coordination of all planning, design, drawings, specifications, reports, and other services furnished. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 09, 2025.
