The government authority in Sioux County, Iowa is seeking qualified architectural and engineering design firms to support the expansion of an existing city facility and the development of a new facility in Le Mars. The solicitation calls for a competitive response from firms capable of providing integrated planning, design, and related project delivery services.
Requested services include architectural design; civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering; environmental consulting, including a Phase I archaeological survey for the new Le Mars facility; cost estimating; project management; and construction manager at risk services.
