Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Alice, TX. – Architectural and engineering consulting services and project management. – Professional guidance and advise agency on various possible facility issue. – Develop preliminary return–on–investment strategies. – Provide planning and design of projects which may include architectural, site planning, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, cost estimating, and other services as needed or required to complete performance of this work. – Prepare construction documents as required and provide inspection services and project management throughout the construction or rehabilitation of the project.
