(1) Vendor needs to provide architect review services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.– Projects utilizing the downtown infill incentive district development option– Projects utilizing the District or other future overlay district development options– Review projects according to established design standards and issue written reports in a timely manner documenting compliance– Attend review meetings with staff and applicants, as well as public meetings with Design Review – Committees to share feedback and help facilitate discussion– Provide design guidance and any necessary graphics or other materials to staff and neighborhood representatives during public workshops.(2) A pre–submittal meeting will be held on December 9,2025.
