DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide architect and engineer (A/E) services. The scope of work may encompass a range of tasks including architectural design, interior renovations, and space planning. Services could also involve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, structural engineering, as well as fire protection and life safety design.

Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and delivering construction administration and inspection services.
