A Texas agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver Application Managed Services (AMS) for its Workday system post-production needs. Services will begin after go-live and will include comprehensive support for stabilization, biannual release cycles, and ongoing optimization.
During the initial post-go-live phase, the vendor will provide stabilization support for the Workday environment. This includes working alongside an existing software installer during a 12-week Hypercare period, with the potential for overlapping services and optional extended coverage into the fourth quarter. For the duration of the three-year contract (2026–2028), the vendor will offer support for biannual R1 and R2 Workday releases, delivered on a fixed-fee basis. In years two and three, ad hoc optimization services may also be requested to support business process enhancements beyond standard stabilization and release activities.
AMS will support a range of Workday applications currently in production, including Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Prism, Help, and Extend. Interested vendors should be prepared to deliver AMS across these functional areas and possess deep experience in supporting complex Workday environments.
