Airtable Assessment and Optimization Consultant Solutions

The organization seeks a consultant to assess and optimize its Airtable system with the goal of centralizing data, enhancing reporting capabilities, and reducing dependence on external tools such as Google Sheets for budget and payment tracking. Currently, Airtable is used for a variety of internal functions, including team member tracking, vendor management, contracts and grants, invoice tracking, staff reimbursement requests, tracking subgrantee reports, and inventory management.

The selected vendor will review the existing Airtable base structure and workflows, identify any inefficiencies, redundancies, or gaps, and recommend improvements to promote usability and scalability. The consultant will propose a new structure that integrates financial tracking features (such as account codes and grant allocations) and will gather input from various teams to ensure the system meets cross-departmental needs. Responsibilities also include redesigning and refining bases, supporting data migration from Google Sheets, building an integrated financial tracking module, developing insightful dashboards and views, and configuring permissions for proper cross-team workflows.
