Scope areas include reviewing rates and fee structures, optimizing assets, supporting long-term financial planning, and identifying untapped revenue opportunities. The work also includes strategies for business retention, expansion, and attraction; congestion management; development of based aircraft; growth in itinerant and turbine aircraft operations; technology incorporation; tenant satisfaction; and planning for additional aviation infrastructure, including development of the airport’s west side.
