Services include planning, procuring, and preparing surveys, field investigations, and various architectural and engineering studies essential for preliminary design stages.

The selected provider will be responsible for developing design schematics, sketches, project recommendations, preliminary layouts, and cost estimates, while also considering environmental and aesthetic requirements.
