DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide an AI-powered digital parenting support platform, including review and enhancement of content and user experience designs developed by Tencent. The platform must align with international evidence-based parenting standards and relevant Chinese policy contexts.

The work will include formative research and contextual analysis to ensure cultural relevance and usability, as well as support for pilot implementation, user testing, and iterative platform improvements. The vendor will assess user engagement, feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness.
