A government authority in New York is seeking vendor support for AI engineering and cloud software development services focused on Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft platforms. The scope centers on deploying enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Foundry AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.
The selected vendor is expected to design and implement generative, agentic, predictive, and autonomous AI and machine learning solutions, including model selection, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, and responsible AI governance. Required work also includes building end-to-end data and AI pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Copilot Studio, integrating services such as Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, OneLake, Real-Time Analytics, and AWS Redshift.
