Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking an AI-driven image search tool that delivers advanced image-to-image search capabilities, allowing for multi-image uploads and providing image manipulation functions such as auto-lasso, photo-to-line conversion, and similarity ranking. The solution should also offer automated classification suggestions to enhance search efficiency.
Vendors must be able to tailor the user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and examiner workflows to specific requirements. This includes developing custom project folders, dashboard layouts, and export/reporting templates (e.g., PDF, CSV) that integrate seamlessly into the patent file wrapper. The tool must support and update global patent and trademark databases from a minimum of 80 international authorities, including collections for design, plant, and utility patents across all cooperative patent classification symbols (such as electrical, chemical, biological, and software arts).
Additional requirements include a UI/UX configurable for examination workflows, options to save personalized dashboards, customizable toolbars, and collaborative project features. The solution must deploy as a single web portal integrated with identity, authentication, and authorization management using Okta (OpenID Connect). It should allow 1–7 image uploads per query, facilitate image selection and manipulation, and provide similarity ranking.
