Vendor needs to provide AI–based roadway and municipal asset condition assessment software. Software–based, smartphone–enabled Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution to assess, document, and manage roadway surface conditions and municipal right–of–way assets. Provide a fully functional, cloud–based software platform utilizing smartphone technology and AI analytics capable of continuously monitoring pavement conditions and municipal assets across the roadway network. Include roadway surface assessment, municipal asset identification, lifecycle management, prioritization analytics, manual data collection, interoperability, and continuous updates. The contract period will be for five years. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 04, 2026.
