DESCRIPTION


The government authority in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking qualified firms to provide affordable housing development and low-income housing tax credit consulting services. The intent is to establish a pre-qualified pool of consultants and development partners with expertise in affordable housing development, LIHTC financing, and related project delivery services.

Scope of services includes LIHTC application consulting, project feasibility analysis, development structuring, application preparation, development team coordination, and post-award support. The selected firms may also provide co-developer or development partner services involving predevelopment and project initiation, project structuring and financing, entitlements, development management, construction oversight, financial closing, compliance, post-construction and lease-up support, and risk-sharing and guarantee responsibilities.

The opportunity is designed to give the county flexibility to assign firms to specific projects through task orders or development agreements. The contract period will be three years.
